7 weeks...Scared to 💩

I know this might sound soo dumb, and maybe I've heard to many stories and over thinking it, but I dread going to the bathroom. I get scared when I go ✌ that I'm going to accidentally shit my poor baby out. I have no bleeding or anything but I'm scared it could happen 😬.

OKAYYY...so you guys know why I get scared about this is because when I first found out I was pregnant I was bleeding and I was told I was having an impending miscarriage and I could pass the contents at anytime. This happened to a few people I know while on the toilet. I m fine now and baby is growing fine but I still get scared when I go to the bathroom.
