Did I have a chemical?

My cycle is VERY regular and I am now 3 days late. I had brown spotting for two days around 6 or 7 DPO, which has never happened before.

I took this test last Wednesday and was tripped out over the faint line. I tested again the next day and got nothing, so I decided the line must have been an indent.

The second test was from Friday and I know it’s crappy blue dye, but I was mad at FRER. 😑

This test was from this morning and it’s negative.

Could I have had a chemical pregnancy, causing my period to be late?

Could I somehow still be pregnant?

I’m never late and I was convinced that I had implantation bleeding, so of course I’m over thinking like crazy.
