Natera Panorama Genetic Test WRONG GENDER
We decided to do a Panorama test by Natera at my 10th week since I’ll be 35 by the time I give birth so I’m considered high risk. Test came back with gender as Boy. Had my 20 week scan today and doctor confirmed it was a girl. No penis or testies anywhere to be found. I am so very confused. I thought DNA was reliable. Has this happened to anyone before? I’m in shock.
Even the doctor mentioned is highly unusual to have a false boy diagnosis. So he started mentioning things like “male genetics with female body” so I cried and now I can’t stop freaking out.
Calling my obgyn first thing tomorrow. I want a Panorama re-do. But in the mean time
I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else?
