IUD Mirena

So I’m having issues with my IUD because I usually have really rough sex and my man likes to go deep and he has a big penis. I’m sorry if any of this is too much info. But I find myself bleeding after we have sex because of how rough and deep he goes because of my IUD. I don’t have an STI or anything, I’ve been checked for it. Is this an issue? Should I go to the gynecologist? I’ve had the IUD for over a year now.
