Okay ladies I need serious help. I have a two day old newborn and I’m already getting really pissed about this and I literally have no idea what to do.

My husband is already such an amazing father. The problem is...he legitimately cannot wake up when he’s sleeping. I’ve tried shoving, pushing, kicking, smacking-everything. He won’t wake up. When he does he’s in this fog and is barely coherent-when I ask him about anything I’ve asked him to do or I’ve said he literally has. No recollection. He has been like this since the day I met him so it’s not new- I just have no idea what to do about it.

Tonight I was feeding constantly and at around 12:45 I needed to go to the bathroom and take a break. I finally got my husband up or so I thought and asked him to swaddle the baby in the bassinet while I went to the bathroom. While I was in the bathroom the nurse came in the check on the baby and he was face down in the bassinet! After she left I freaked out on my husband!! He said he had no idea I asked him to swaddle the baby. I was only in the bathroom for two minutes-but this seriously scares me to let him out of my sight during the nighttime!

What do I do??
