My 4 month old might be sick or allergies ?

She woke up at 4am to eat ate the whole bottle then kept waking up after that which is unusual and at 730 I was gonna feed her again but she won’t eat and she has a stuffy nose 
I have her Tylenol and cleared out her nose idk what else to do should I just take her to the doctors ?

Sounds like she has a cold. No point in taking her to the doctors. Keep her elevated and help keep her nose clear. Run a humidifier

My daughter does this every morning almost. The air is super dry where we live so we got a humidifier and it helps and saline drops. I thought she was sick when it started.
