Implantation bleeding and...

Hey ladies! So I honestly am not sure how many days past ovulation. My periods have been kind of crazy since removing my IUD. Little back story. I have had a ectopic and miscarriage both of which I had implantation bleeding. I have a 2.5 yo son. I had implantation bleeding with him as well. Well I am stopping 6 days early, which could be implantation bleeding but it is accompanied by a pain like a prick and then a tingle. Never had this before. Anyone experience anything like this.
