Has anyone had Cps/DHS involved for them finding the in u or babies system after delivered?

They don’t usually test unless they have reason in my state. I work in that field. 
If they have a reason it’s rarely the THC they are looking for anyway. 
In other words it is always a possibility but THC isn’t really a big deal in my experience with newborns and the delivery process where I am from.

Never will they take a child SOLEY for thc. My sister has 4 kids, all came up positive at birth. Best friend has 3, all came up positive, sister in law has 1 that came up positive. CPS never got involved. The hospital never even brought it up to them. HOWEVER I do live in a legal state both recreational and medical, so that may change things. Just do your research and dont let these women scare you lol.

I'm pretty sure the only way you can get your kid taken away from you is if there's any evidence of neglect or they're at risk for being harmed. If you smoke responsibly they can't take your child away even if it's illegal. But don't quote me on that, I'm not sure, it's just what I've heard because I  just had a convo with my brother in law yesterday and that's what he said and he knows a lot about laws. I live in PA

My sister just had a visit yesterday after testing positive at her first ob appointment. Even if they do get involved they just visit to make sure the baby is okay and not in an toxic environment

My mom has been a labor and delivery nurse for 30 years in Georgia and cos has gotten involved in weed + patients but idk if they had their babies taken away just for that. Seems extreme if the child is okay. Usually it’s harder drugs

They will get involved, and most likely take your child if your piss test comes back positive for THC.
