Menstrual cups?

Hi!
How do you dispose of the blood in your cup? And is a cup a good investment??

Personally I love it. I have used it for years and I wont go back. Just empty it into the toilet. I change it in the morning and then at night. It can take a few cycles to get used to, but I've saved alot of money, never worry about being out of tampons and pads. And i dont have to change it anywhere near as often or be paranoid like with a tampon on my heavy days. Which was great in college.
