Sick LO

For you mamas that have had a sick LO already I need your help! LO has a cold..... awful congested nose low grade fever and a little cough. All started last night and now I am struggling to get her to latch and nurse. Last time I got her to nurse was before bed last night at 7:30. I have pumped and given her a bottle but she chews on it to instead of sucking it. Do I just give her baby food until she can breath to nurse? She drinks very little and this never happened with my oldest.
