Need advice again ladies!

I am 30 weeks pregnant, was in the hospital for 9 hours 2 days ago having contractions every 2-3 mins but I stayed a fingertip dilated the entire time so they sent me home. The contractions aren’t as consistent but I’m still having some along with pressure and light pink discharge today. I’ve called my dr and they’ve said it’s kind of up to me if I want to come into l&d or not.
