Vaccine allergic reaction?

**HER DOCTOR HAS ALREADY BEEN CALLED.**

My daughter got her 6 month shots yesterday. This morning she woke up with a fever (101.8). Every time I touch her feet or legs, she screams in pain (which I know can be normal). She is broken out in a rash all over her body. The doctor is supposed to call me back soon, but I just wanted to know if this looks like a vaccine reaction. This never happened with any of my other children so I'm clueless at what to do.
