Go home or tough it out?

I am having a large cyst rupture. It’s excruciating. All I want to do is scream. I’ve thrown up from the pain, I can’t stand or walk. I am also passing very large clots. I am at work until 5. Should I ask to go home or just tough it out?

Yes, definitely ask to go home! Being at work in that condition would be terrible! Though my old job made me come in when I was sick several times: food poisoning, 105 temperature, throwing up/diarrhea, strep, bronchitis, etc. Work is definitely not where you want to be when you feel that way!
