The intake of high fat caused me to get fatty liver. Once i stopped eating keto my liver resolved itself and its normal now.

I really don’t recommend this diet. Just eat clean and healthy. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables, protein. Drink tons of water. Get a workout regiment and do an exercise you like. Don’t do these fad diets please they are only for short term and then you’ll gain weight back and then some. I’m no nutritionist or doctor by any means but these diets they have now are just not affective or good for your body.

i tried i for a week, lost weight however, a lot of planing goes into it and it’s kind of expensive. I stopped because eating was starting to gross me out and i was underconsuming with only eating around 800-1000 calories a day. The foods i ate did keep me full, but it can be an unhealthy diet.

I’m trying after I’m done breastfeeding my baby! I’m so excited I’ve been making some Keto recipes while pregnant. So far I really enjoy chia pudding, raspberry cream cheese fat bombs, Keto muffins, and I’ve made a few Pinterest recipes so far too.
