1st ultrasound no heart beats

I went for my first ultrasound on Tuesday. No heartbeated. I was supposed to be 11weeks today,but I was told it is 7 weeks. I was told I'm with twins.My progesterone numbers are pretty high. Has anyone gone through this? I'm so worried I'm scheduled for another ultrasound next week. Please pray my little ones have some heart beats.
