Shoe size post pregnancy?

I’ve heard some women gain a shoe size during/after pregnancy. I’m curious, if this happened to you, when did it happen? I’m almost 36 weeks and my shoes still fit so hoping maybe this means my feet will stay the same size?? (Wondering if I can buy a pair of new boots I’ve been eyeing that are on sale now...)

I never changed shoe size whilst pregnant . So it may or may not happen to you and if you have swelling that’ll go away after pp swelling .

I think I went up a size late second trimester? I can’t recall. But I hope they go back.. I have a lot of shoes I don’t want to have to replace

In my opinion, your feet do swell like the rest of your body so they need some help getting back to how they were. After my first baby I made sure to wear my normal shoes so my feet wouldn’t stay bigger once they relaxin was out of my body. Just like with your stomach and hips and wearing a girdle.

My feet dont look swollen at all but ive gone up a size in the past couple weeks n had to get some extra shoes im 36+5

My feet got really swollen with my first pregnancy, but went down after a few weeks and shoe size was the same afterwards

I started off at 6.5 before my first pregnancy.  4th baby on the way and I am permately a 7 or 7.5

My feet were fine after my first pregnancy. I went up a size during my second and they stayed that size. I only gained 10 more pounds than my first too... I got rid of so many pairs of shoes that I loved 😭

My feet started swelling at 37!!
