Brushing teeth

Just curious what all the mommas do to get their LOs to like brushing there teeth lol .. my mom sung the abcs to my sister and she just sat still and let her brush her teeth .. my son (21 months) on the other hand wants nothing to do with it . He cries like crazy when I even mention brushing his teeth and fights me so hard.. lol I feel bad I actually have to hold his hands down to brush his teeth.. 😞 .. so any recommendations is helpful..Thank you.
