Should we go to dr?

My LO is 2months old, yesterday he had a really bad day and it’s extending to tonight.

He did threw up once (it wasn’t spit up) had an extremely large poop like two large ones put together (his last poop was early that morning about 12 hr difference) both were normal looking. He did eat much that day but after the poop he has eaten normal. He is just crying a lot more than normal and the only way I’ve gotten his to settle is strapping him on me with a wrap. He had a low grade fever 100.5 during the day is been normal since then no meds given. He got tdap and rotavirus immunizations a week ago.

Should we take him to a the dr or does this sound normal?
