I need some advice on my recent miscarriage.

Ive had about 4 miscarriages in the last 4 years. The most recent ones was in November 18 and I was about 6-7 weeks. Also had one on yesterday at 6 weeks. Had an internal scan and nothing was there I've had alot of blood today. I'm unsure what to think because we've been TTC for over a year now and I've had no luck. I'm going back tomorrow to see if my HCG levels are going down and to see if anything comes back with my blood. Had anyone had any answers with there passed miscarriages?
