So sad and feeling like it’s all my fault

I am 9 weeks pregnant... and had my first OB appointment today, I’m also a first time mom. I was so so so excited to see my baby and hear their heartbeat for the first time!! I went to find out I wasn’t pregnant with just one baby but TWO and neither of them were moving or had a heartbeat. I am completely heartbroken and am not ready to have the d&c procedure.
