EDIT: I went to an actual OB who knows what they’re talking about and they told me to absolutely stay on it. It also helps to decrease the chance of miscarriage.

Ladies, are any of you on metformin for your PCOS? I just found out I was pregnant a couple days ago and a random doctor I saw to confirm the pregnancy told me to stop taking my metformin. I felt like that was wrong, so I did some research and there’s a LOT of evidence that it’s very beneficial to keep taking it during pregnancy - including reducing the risk of LOSING THE BABY. I am furious with her.

Did your doctors tell you to stop or keep taking the meds?? Please help!
