RSV questions

I know very little about RSV, just what I could find online. It doesn’t sound super serious without risk factors that my son doesn’t have, so maybe I’m overreacting but I just found out that a kid who goes to the same babysitter as mine and has been sick for a few weeks was diagnosed with RSV. Another little boy who goes there has also been coughing, runny nose, and low grade fever, so his mom suspects he has it too. My LO has been coughing a bit, but no runny nose. He’s maybe a bit lethargic, but hard to say. His temp is just a tiny bit high (like 99) but he’s got 4 molars coming in so I think that’s all the temperature is about.

I figure he was exposed already so nothing I can do about that. My question is, anything I *can* (or should) do at this point? And also, anything in particular I should look out for to be concerned about? He has his regular 15 month checkup next Friday, so I’ll mention this to the doctor then.
