Tender/painful skin post c-section?
C-section mamas:
After your section did you experience road rash/burning pain on your skin postpartum? I am 3 weeks pp, my incision is healing nicely, no infection etc... but the skin above my incision is so tender and painful. The midwife said it’s my nerves healing, but it’s so painful that even just fabric touching it hurts so much. It’s beyond tender. Ibuprofen is not cutting it at all. Has anyone else experienced this and does it go away?
