Tugging? Is it possible?

So every now and then, maybe even daily I get this like sharp "tug" sensation that isn't really painful, isn't really a kick but yet feels odd. I've classified it as "I can feel him pulling on the umbilical cord", like he's found it and decided it was a fun toy to pull on.

Now I'm sure that's something you can't actually feel, but that's what I call it when I feel that type of "kick"
