My OB told me that a few irregular contractions is “normal”. Those seem kinda regular 🤷🏻‍♀️

Dr says more than 6 an hour painful or not you should at least call in. If they are painful and or you have blood or fluids coming with them then you should just go straight in. Agree with other ladies though, around 29 weeks for about 4 days I just needed to relax and constantly drink water and they went away.

I had some this frequently last week and drank lots of water and really took it easy for a few days and I noticed that they became fewer.

That's too many 30 minutes. Drink lots of water to make sure you're hydrated and rest.

I don’t know if it’s normal or not to be honest but my ob told me to go get checked if I have more than 6 in one hour. Are they painful?

Still no real labor. Take a warm bath and it will help ot go away. Drink lots of water too
