Bleeding after rough sex?

A year and 3mo ago I got the paragard IUD & Thursday my husband and I had rough sex where he was pounding my cervix (sorry TMI) it was painful and now tonight I am bleeding and cramping bad. Has anyone had this happen? Is it from the rough sex? Or could my IUD have dislodged? Thanks in advance.

I talked to my gyno about this when I got mine because we have mainly rough sex, and she said cramping can be a sign that it has shifted out of place. I would go see your gyno and just check that everything is where it should be 🖤
