Swaddle or sleeping bag? 3 months old

Question

Baby hasn't rolled on to her tummy yet, I swaddle her at night with arms out, can I continue doing it? Or put her in the sleeping bag? If she manages to roll on to her tummy at night will she suffocate with swaddle?

My pediatrician recommended that we stop swaddling between 2-4 months due to the risk of him rolling over and suffocating. He hasn’t rolled over yet but is getting close so we switched him to a sleeping bag. He was also getting good at busting out of his swaddles anyway. Since we’ve switched over he’s been sleeping at least 6 hours straight at night rather than 2 or 3 so he seems to be more comfortable now.
