Tired at a young age

I’m 22 years old. I work 48hrs+ a week. Nightshift. I have school on my days off, while trying to work out and socialize. I’m constantly tired. I think I’m at a place where caffeine does not affect me anymore. And I’m constantly unease during my sleep. I’m having a hard time sleeping. Tossing. Waking up every 3-4hrs, Any tips for me to have a good healthy resting pattern?
