Have you heard of these superstitious sayings for pregnancy?

My family knows that I want to get pregnant but doesn’t know that I have been trying for so long. Yesterday was my uncle’s funeral and all the family was together. My family believes in the funniest things regarding pregnancy. Have you heard these or heard of any others
1. When one family member dies another will be birthed soon ( it’s kinda weird that even know this may not be for me. The day of my uncle’s funeral, my cousin accidentally slipped out that she’s pregnant and due in September, my uncle’s birth month)
2. When someone dreams of fish, someone close to them is pregnant. (My grandmother was right for every single pregnancy of her grandchildren, she sent out a mass text that she dreamt fish and somebody better come clean)
3. If you hold a baby that is close to you, you will be getting pregnant soon. (I think this one is silly, however my cousin and I were holding my other cousin’s baby and my aunt said you’re next) 
I think these are silly but have been true. What do you guys think ?

I believe in all of these. My mom has a dream about fish and that’s all she talked about (not knowing I was ttc) i took a test a week later: POSITIVE!

I’ve heard of these saying, but none of them are factual. 
People die every day, and people are born every day. With as large as families can be, statistics are in favor of someone getting pregnant around the time of someone’s funeral in one family.
Dreams are random images and manifestations of a person’s thoughts, feelings, and anxieties. Dreaming about fish doesn’t really mean anything about pregnancy, and is just coincidental. Again I refer back to how large families and extended families can be and how it’s likely that someone is pregnant at “convenient” times to match a superstition.
As far as holding babies, there is some minor scientific evidence that women who are around infants and newborns are likely to ovulate soon, but it’s still more of a coincidence.

The first one I believe is true!!! I had been trying for almost 3 yrs finally gave up 5 months ago because my sister passed away October 5th 2019.... well I found out almost a week ago that I’m pregnant!!
