Sweep/Bloody Show question ladies...

I had a sweep done yesterday at 38+5 being 3cm dilated and baby very low. This was followed by a sex sesh with hubby 😊 I was having period like cramps on and off all night. This morning I thought my bump got smaller upon waking then this “bloody show” after a poop!

Is this THE bloody show? Should I expect labor to begin tonight? What happened with you ladies?!
