Late Period has me confused

I’ve never had penetrative sex (and the last time I was ever intimate with someone in the slightest was 2 years ago) but my period was due 1-2 days ago but it’s....not here. I’ve had the symptoms in full force (as usual) but zero signs of blood/bleeding. Not even a SINGLE bit of spotting. Kinda worried and I’d appreciate any insight as to what might be going on (I’m 18 btw)
