Please note- I am taking a test in the morning

Recently I have been feeling constantly bloated like full bloated and when I put pressure on it it’s uncomfortable.

I constantly feel hungry and thirsty even though I’ve eaten and I have like the feeling of being sick but not to the point of gagging.

My nipples have been extremely sensitive for the past 3 days as well.

I am due on my period next week but these have never been my period symptoms. Could this be early pregnancy?
