Dumb question


How do you all find the time to exercise and what do you do? I need some tips cause i try and go for a walk every day and do like 20 min of yoga but its soo hard to find time with baby and working 5 days a week that since i started working im not doing anything. I gained like 70 pounds when i was pregnant and even though i was pretty underweight before it was still alot. I really want to get back in shape!
