Guys I am dying here. I cant stop crying. I have been dealing with a pinched nerve for about a week now. Tylenol does NOTHING, fuck warm baths, I am driving myself crazy. I have been strong for a long time but I finally broke down from pain tonight and I just cant stop crying. It hurts so badly. It's on my dominant side too which makes it worse. I need help but I'm so tired of hearing my dr say tylenol and warm baths. THEY DONT FUCKING HELP ANYTHING 😭💔
