Confused

So in February I never really got my full fledged period. I spotted for 2 weeks once a day (light pink on the toilet paper after urinating) I messaged the doctor and the nurse said well if you dont get your period by your next cycle call us.. well that time has come. She said even though I didnt have a full period and spotted for 2 weeks my period should have still arrived on 3/15 because my period was due 2/15 when the spotting began. I have taken multiple pregnancy tests ant their all negative. We really wanted to have a baby this year and time is running out 😭😢 has any body had this issue
