I think I’m getting hypertrophic scarring 😭😭😭

I’ve been cleaning my 3 week old cartilage piercing (helix) with saline solution twice a day everyday since I got it however when I was cleaning it in the mirror last night I noticed a bump at the back and I think I’m seeing one at the front too! I’m freaking out and terrified that it will grow into a keloid and I really can’t deal with this disrespectful negativity in my life 😴🙃😭

I’ll go back to my piercer for help but what remedies work best for you guys? Does scarring continue all throughout the time of having a cartilage piercing even after it’s healed? 💀😪 thanks in advance
