My back is absolutely killing me😭 what can I do to help, is this normal?

I have a doctors appointment tomorrow because the meds they prescribed didn’t work and just made me tired. They told me if I didn’t get any relief from the meds to go in tomorrow. So at 11:15 we will see.

Update #2- they said to take it easy and explained to me why this happens. Not much they can do about it. They offered some advice about chiropractors and possible PT of the chiropractor didn’t work!
