By the end of your first trimester your uterus gets 5 times bigger. Cramping is totally normal. If it severe, as in you can’t move, or accompanied with bleeding I would recommend going to the doctor.

I had it quite severe from 3-6 weeks since then the past 3 weeks has really died down and ultrasound shows a healthy baby 🤞🤞
