Itchy legs and feet

So I’ve been dealing with super itchy legs for awhile. Plus my feet get itchy. I’ve tried different moisturizers. I tried homemade body butter and good lotion. For my feet, I did at home pedicures and even just got one at a salon. My feet don’t look gross so it can’t be an infection. Idk what to do because the get even more super itchy after I shave. I bought a really nice razor. It’s the same kind that I used as a kid so that I wouldn’t cut myself. My skin isn’t cracked. Usually my knees look dry but they actually look really good so idk why they itch so much.
