Has anyone tried the apple cider vinegar diet and does it work ?I've heard many here in Ireland talk about it and just wondering does it really help with weight loss

It doesnt help you lose weight but its good for lots of things including gut health.

Just be careful if you have acid reflux/chronic heartburn. It aggravated mine something fierce and I had to stop.
