Help! I can’t take no more!

Little back information, I’m currently 11 dpo. Had cramping around 6 dpo latest until 9 dpo. My SO and I had sex this morning, the position could have a lot to do with it but after we got done I had terrible cramping and pain would shoot down my colon. It was to the point I couldn’t move, couldn’t even sit down without pain shooting down my colon. It lasted about 30 minutes. This pain has happened before but was 10x worse the first time, to the point I actually passed out on the couch from it. It’s only ever happened twice but still very concerning. When I had the cramping 6 dpo to 9 dpo I had recital pain but this is different. It felt like someone stuck a giant knife through my uterus to my colon and just started twisting it. I’m not sure what to make of it. Should I be concerned?? All opinions are welcome.
