None of the above start with all the non sweet veggies first, then sweet veggies, bland fruit, sweet fruit. Good luck

My pediatrician said Cereal- Meat-Non sweet veggies-sweet veggies and fruits. On that order. Babies by 4 months start to have needs in Iron. And for the sweet foods, Do then lasts so that they'll want to eat and try non-sweet foods.

I would do unsweetened stuff first! My second didn’t like purées so we did BLW! We did avocados, sweet potatoes, pasta, rice, soft small foods!

My daughter at 4 months enjoys apples and sweet potatoes so far. You just have to see what your baby likes. I love the beechnut brand it’s organic. Avoid baby food that comes in plastic stick to glass. Plastic is bad the food just sits in there

I decided to do the leading as I am the mother (lol). We started with mashed banana and just kept introducing new flavors. My daughter was eating everything by 1, and now at almost 2 no problems yet with textures or flavors. Except veggies she isn't into, blah..but I just make her smoothies with kale,spinach, or juice some fresh carrots, apples, celery, etc.
