I just joined this group. And I wanted some opinion about something. So I went to church with my grandparents. I love the people there dont get me wrong. It's just it's mostly older people (elder) that goes there. And the preacher talks way to fast to where he stumbles over his words. Also the praise and worship is slow.

I love going to church with my grandparents, but I dont feel like I'm connected to God. Like I should feel. I want to talk to mom to see if she would go back to church but my dad dont want us to. When we do go he keeps texting us. What can I do?
