So me and my husband recently closed a deal on our house over a month ago.. the seller had hired random people who do “odd jobs” to work on our house. Paint, put new appliances in etc. well not only did the dumbasses mess up the drains in our children’s bathroom, not put the tub in properly etc etc I could go on.. but when they were taking breaks they would throw their cigarettes into our yard! Well now that it’s been warmer the snow is melting and there’s cigarette butts ALL OVER the place. I’m not a smoker I quit when I got pregnant with my first child almost 3 years ago.. husband smokes occasionally but he knows how to properly dispose of them..

Another thing once we closed the deal the seller completely ignored us. He told us before if we needed anything to ask him and he would help. Well turns out the water heater was rusted from the inside out and it had passed inspection the same week we moved in. I noticed it was yellow but I was told to let it run. So we did for a couple days.. we all needed showers and baths and noticed it was getting darker. We called a plumber and they came to look at it and said whoever passed this house should be fired. So we paid 2,000 for a new water heater. This seller buys and sells houses all over the community I live in and I see these workers on other houses down the road from me. I’ve told one person who’s buying the house they’re working on now to make sure they test everything before signing because they half assed our house. This was our first time buying a home. So we had no idea..
