Should I be worried???

I Have barely felt my baby boy move since last night I’m almost 21 weeks and I’m just a little worried as he’s usually a little wriggle ball but I’ve felt nothing, I’m extremely bloated and my stomach is hard to the touch and my skin feels like it’s about to tear but I thought that was normal, this is my first so I don’t know what to expect

Try drinking either a very cold, or very sugary drink and lie down on your left side. Give it half an hour and he should be wiggling away again.
It is normal to have periods of not much movement at 21 weeks, but if you’re worried you should always speak to your midwife or maternity clinic, it’s better to be on the safe side!

It’s still early to feel consistent movement but if you’re worried then def call your doctor or go to the ER. Have you tried chugging a cold glass of water and see if he’ll start moving?

It’s probably normal, happened to me around 21/22 weeks and I worried a lot but was just a quiet couple of days for him, he’s totally fine. If you’re worried though, mention it to your midwife or doctor

If it’s a difference for you, I’d say call your OB. You know what feels regular and what does not.

It's normal, they say not to start counting movements until third trimester because the baby is still small in the second. Drink something with carbonation, that sometimes helps me get the little booger moving 😊
