CM help please!!!

In the first few months that we started TTC, I had really good CM (lots of streatchy and eggwhite CM just at the right times). But 6 months later, it feels like I have less CM and its quality isn’t as good around ovulation.

What could have influence it? Any tips on how to increase the amount and quality of my CM?

(Plus : We are considering using Preseed this cycle, but would like to improve it naturally as well. What do you think about Preseed?)
