D&C feb 25th- ovulated March 12th (tracked with opk- dr. Said we could try so we did). I have had cramping and backaches for about 5 days now.

Yesterday I was light headed and shaky during the day and around 9 pm I had the smallest brown spotting when I wiped. I put a pad on and nothing was on it when I woke up this morning. I have more cramping and backaches today and I have a small amount of brown blood on a pad... when I wipe there is more and is a really light red color. AF is due tomorrow.

I usually do not spot before my period. I also don’t have cramps until like 30 minutes before AF starts.

I had implantation bleeding before I was pregnant this past time but didn’t think it was anything but my period starting because we were in the “not preventing but not trying” stage for the first time (we didn’t think it would happen that fast)

I took an opk today and it was very close to positive but hcg strip was negative.

Long story short, should I just expect that this is AF, or should I keep the thought that this could be implantation bleeding?

Anyone have anything similar?? Please let me know 🙏🏻
