help please

I am on Lo Loestrin Fe, and I have about 8 days until I start my placebo pills. This is my third month of taking it. I started feeling a little cramping and went to the bathroom and when I wiped I had some blood. Is this normal? I also have a UTI right now, but I don’t think that has anything to do with this kind of bleeding.
