Torn Hymen?

This is really hard to explain seeing as I have no idea what is really going on.. but recently I’ve noticed something coming out of my vagina. I’ve done research and what I think it is is my hymen(?), it’s pink-ish and completely numb, it seems to be tearing more as I have sex but I don’t feel any pain it is just kind of in the way (not completely blocking anything). It’s weird and I find it very uncomfortable to look at and awkward as my partner can feel it and sometimes finds it gets in the way of having sex. Should I go to the doctor or the clinic? And what do people think it is??
