The "perfect" body.

Scrolling through Pinterest just now, I cannot tell you how many pins I saw touting exercises for the "perfect" body. They have probably been there all the time, but it just really hit me how loud that message is, as if our bodies are somehow imperfect if we are not doing these three exercises, this workout routine, eating these exact foods, etc.

What is the "perfect" body anyway? What are we chasing? Why do you think we do this to ourselves - strive for some notion of perfection that doesn't even exist?
